Journey into Transcendence

The invitation is to join me in the intrinsic marriage of somatic movement, movement meditation, energy cultivating movement and a sound journey.  Freeing ourselves from stress, trauma and any other emotional baggage trapped in our body through a combination of breath-work and various movement modality.
