Temple of Self Devotion

This long weekend retreat has been created from a place of love and self devotion.  I invite you to dive into a beautiful journey of self discovery, of self devotion and healing.  Reconnecting with your feminine essence.  You’ll experience some new embodiment practices like Mana Movement and Somatic Movement as well as dive deeply into yourself with bio dynamic movement meditations and activating breath work.  We’ll oscillate between softness in gentle yoga and sound healing, and the awakening practice  of Somatic's, marrying the two to cultivate your  most harmonious life.  The weekend will also invite in practices to heal our Sister Wound so we may thrive and celebrate all women.  Now is the time to take our power back and to live the life we were born to live.
